Terms of Service
Effective November 7, 2026
These terms cover the use of Ten18 Hub, which is operated by TinkerBillies MFG LLC, an Iowa limited liability company doing business as TinkerBillies (“we”, “us”). They apply to churches that use Ten18 Hub and to everyone who signs in to it. By using Ten18 Hub, you agree to them. If a church has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
Accounts
- A church’s administrators invite its staff and members and decide what each of them can do.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell your church or us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Accounts are for adults. Children’s records may be kept by their church, but children under 13 may not have their own accounts.
A church’s responsibilities
- Its information. The church owns the information it puts into Ten18 Hub, and is responsible for having the right to keep and use it, including any permission needed from the people it’s about, and from parents for children.
- What it publishes. The church is responsible for its website, posts, photos and videos, including having permission from people who appear in them and the rights to any music or other material.
- Suggested captions. Captions written by Ten18 Hub’s AI are suggestions. Church staff should check each one before it is posted. The church is responsible for what it posts.
- Connected accounts. When a church connects Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, it must follow those services’ own rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta’s Terms. Those services decide whether and how posts appear, and can change or limit what Ten18 Hub can do with them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Ten18 Hub to:
- break the law, or post material that infringes others’ rights;
- harass people, or publish someone’s private information without permission;
- send spam, or post anything unlawful or harmful;
- try to reach another church’s information, get around access controls, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell the church why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Our part
- We provide Ten18 Hub and work to keep it running, secure and backed up.
- We handle each church’s information as described in our privacy policy, only to provide the service, and we don’t sell it.
- Ten18 Hub support staff see a church’s information only with its permission, or in an urgent case that is shown to the church.
- We may improve or change features. We will give churches notice before removing a feature they rely on.
Fees
Prices for Ten18 Hub and its modules are agreed with each church. A module a church hasn’t added shows as available but locked.
Ending service
A church can stop using Ten18 Hub at any time. On request, we will give the church a copy of its information, and then delete it, as the privacy policy describes. We may end service to a church that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after notice where possible.
Disclaimers and limits
Ten18 Hub is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outside services such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube will accept every post. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to a church is limited to the fees it paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be settled informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell churches about significant changes before they take effect.
